YWCA SONG HOTEL SURRY HILLS

NorthCE carried out a site investigation and compiled a report on the feasibility of converting the hotel room cooling system to a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system as part of an ongoing renovation.

NorthCE investigated how the above may incorporate existing offices, a conference room and the restaurant/foyer currently served by package units operating off the old and failing cooling towers, and whether it may be the best option for these areas concerned.  We also included in our investigation other air conditioning options available if applicable to the offices, conference room and restaurant/foyer.

Our findings included power and controls options and a budget estimate for costs of works for the options investigated.
